Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market, which is located in Sokcho-City, Gangwon-Do, Korea, is to experience real of Sokcho.




This local market can be divided into three part; Abai-Sundae(North Korean style Korean sausage) Town, Dak-gangjeong(Korean style sweet and sour chicken) and food Road, and Fish Market.
Basically they are all connected and available to go by straightly jumping into next alley, but still see the major stores are gathered together.





The most famous part of the market is, of course, the food street(Dak-gangjeong road). Visitors can try small street food and buy various types of local food.



If you stay in the accommodation with kitchen facilities, you can buy local fish to cook. If you have nothing to buy, it shall be still fun to look around the Gangwon-Do local food.

This place is also in the major tourist attractions such as the East Sea, 2 biggest lakes in Sokcho, bus terminal and restaurants. No matter how much time to spend here, it is still worth to come over.
